LAS CRUCES, New Mexico -- A Las Cruces boy has been reported missing and endangered, authorities said Saturday night.

According to Las Cruces police, Rene Torres was last seen at Lowe’s Fiesta Food grocery store on the 2100 block of North Main.

Police have reason to believe Torres voluntarily left the store. They said because of his age, he may be in danger. However, LCPD did not mention how old Torres is or what day he was seen at the store.

Torres is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds, has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, multi-colored shoes and glasses.

Anyone with information on Torres' whereabouts was asked by authorities to call 911 or Las Cruces police at (575) 526-0795.
