New Mexico sues over a dozen tobacco companies

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico -- Over a dozen tobacco companies are being sued by the state of New Mexico, accusing the companies of conspiracy and breach of contract, the Las Cruces Sun News reported.

The announcement was made Tuesday by Attorney General Hector Balderas, who said companies have been withholding portions of annual payments
