Person hit by car in Northeast El Paso

UPDATE: All lanes are now open.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- A person was hit by a car in Northeast El Paso early Monday morning.

El Paso Fire says it happened just before 4 a.m. on Gateway South and Stan Roberts Sr Ave..

One person with serious injuries was airlifted to the hospital by FireSTAR.

All lanes remain closed on Gateway S. and Stan Roberts until further notice.
