EL PASO, Texas -- A Fort Bliss soldier who police said was high on LSD when he attacked his two sons has pleaded guilty to two charges of injuring a child and received an 8-year prison sentence, according to court records reviewed by ABC-7 on Friday.

Zakary Frampton, who was 26-years-old at the time, was recorded on a home surveillance camera in November 2019 running down the streets of his neighborhood naked, wearing only shoes and gloves with lights on them.

When officers arrived at his home, they said they found Frampton's 3-year-old and 7-year-old sons with severe injuries.

Court documents indicated Frampton repeatedly punched his oldest son and threw him against the home's kitchen island. Both children required hospitalization.
