UPDATE, July 14: El Paso police announced Tuesday they had taken a Juarez man into custody who was suspected of assaulting women joggers.

But shortly after 18–year old Miguel Luna was arrested Tuesday, he was released after being cited for two counts of assault.

His arrest came after police put out a public call for help four days ago in identifying him from a photograph taken by one of his alleged victims on July 1.

According to a police incident report, "Luna approached a 26–year old female as she was jogging in the area of the 1300 block of Noble Street, grabbed her buttocks, and ran off. A little over an hour later, Luna did the same to a 64 –year old jogger at the 2900 block of Savannah Avenue."
