The Nation’s Weather

The Nation’s Weather for Thursday, November 7, 2019

An expansive storm system spanning from New England,

southwestward into the southern Plains will bring along a

wide array of impacts nationwide tomorrow. Rain will switch

over to snow in many places across the Northeast, which will

accumulate across the interior. Across the Ohio Valley,

mid-South and in Texas, heavy rain will cause flooding

concerns courtesy of this storm system. In the wake of the

system in the Midwest and Plains, a shot of cold Canadian

air will send temperatures well below average. Meanwhile

across much of the West, an upper-level ridge of high

pressure in place will continue to promote partly to mostly

sunny skies and tranquil conditions.
