The Nation’s Weather for Saturday, November 9, 2019

High pressure over the eastern United States will begin to

shift east tomorrow, turning winds across the region out of

the south and southwest. While conditions across the

Northeast will still be cold, temperatures in the East will

gradually trend warmer after an Arctic end to the week.

Meanwhile, a cold front lingering over South Florida will

produce spotty showers and thunderstorms across the area.

Periods of snow will drift into the northern Great Lakes as

a small storm system swings through the area, while a second

system brings a little snow from northern Montana to

northern Minnesota. Another area of high pressure over the

West will keep the region and into the southern Plains dry

with seasonable temperatures.
