Manhattan, NY (WPIX) — A beef between two parties Monday afternoon near the Amsterdam Houses on Manhattan’s West Side spilled over on to the street.

According to police, at least three people were taken into custody for getting in the way of the investigation of a 27-year-old man who was shot on the Upper West Side Monday.

One of the three who were taken into custody managed to climb out of the back window of the car. The officers immediately converged and piled on to the man. PIX11 cameras were rolling during the altercation.
