Reports of shooting in central El Paso, one person injured
UPDATE: There are reports at least one person has been taken to the hospital with minor injuries. According to early reports, the victim was shot in the chest and legs.
The call came in just after 5 p.m. At least two men are being detained by police.
As many as 10 police units are at the scene.
