UPDATE: A special rescue at Billet Hill St. has been canceled by the El Paso Fire crews after no individuals were located in the are in need of assistance.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Fire officials say two people are stuck in a sewer at 3400 Billet Hill St in east El Paso.
