Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer introduced a series of amendments on Tuesday to the organizing resolution to set the parameters of the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. Schumer’s fourth amendment was to subpoena acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney.
