Pit bulls that attacked Lower Valley man under quarantine

A Lower Valley man is recovering after he was attacked by four pit bulls Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of Eastland.

Officials with Animal Services said the 46-year-old man was jogging when the dogs attacked. His injuries are not serious, but he was still taken to the hospital.

The dogs have been taken to Animal Services and are under quarantine.
