Mystery solved whose land naked caveman lives on
The naked man who lives in a cave is living on land that belongs to the City of El Paso.
Christina Montoya, El Paso Water Utilities spokeswoman, said that was the finding by the utility’s investigation.
She said they’ve contacted City officials, including City Manager Joyce Wilson Thursday morning, about their conclusion.
El Paso Police told us earlier this week it would be difficult to evict the man from his cave near McKelligon Canyon, but an ABC-7 crew that was there Wednesday was not able to locate him.
