Crews Discover Body In Canal
EL PASO, TX –Emergency crews were dispatched to a canal near the water treatment plant on Canal Dr. this morning to retrieve a body that was found floating in the water.
The discovery was made before 11:30 this morning, police said.
The body is decomposed, and authorities said the gender of the victim has not yet been determined.
