Scattered power outages impacted hundreds of Borderland residents Thursday

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Electric Power Outage Map shows more than a dozen scattered power outages across the Borderland.
The outages are impacting hundreds of homes and businesses.
