Claudia Ordaz to begin term as city rep

A new face will be present at today’s city council meeting. Claudia Ordaz is scheduled to be sworn in as as the city representative for District 6. Ordaz replaces Eddie Holguin, who gave up his seat in a failed bid to run for County Judge. Ordaz will serve out the remainder of Holguin’s term.
