Car crash snarls traffic at busy Northeast El Paso intersection
Two cars crashed at the intersection of Railroad and Diana early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened around 5 in the morning. Emergency crews say one person was trapped inside a vehicle. Emergency crews did manage to get that person out of the car, who was taken to University Medical Center with minor injuries.
The northbound lanes of traffic were shut down due to the crash.
