Vanderbilt senior takes first in Sun Bowl Golf Classic

Vanderbilt senior Zack Jaworski is the definition of the comeback kid. Jaworski started the final round of Sun Bowl Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic in fifth place. But he shot 4-under-par in the final round to become the 41st champion of the event and take home the Lee Trevino Trophy.

Jaworski is now the second player from Vanderbilt to win the event as former Vanderbilt golfer Luke List won it in 2005. Jaworski finished the tournament notching 16 birdies, including six in the final round of play.
