eastwood quarterback mark torrez was offered by utep last week… today he committed… torrez was an absolute monster this season… he threw 41 touchdowns this year and ran for 15 more… he had 5 touchdowns on friday night against arlington lamar… great get for utep.. this is a cool story … a couple of local ropers
