Sun City Music Festival cancelled for 2018
El Paso’s Sun City Music Festival will not be happening in 2018.
The annual festival, which brings some of electronic music’s biggest names every year, announced Wednesday on its Facebook page that the event has been cancelled this year.
SCMF organizers couldn’t meet the “momentous tasks and rigorous standards” to host the event during its typical days of Labor Day weekend, according to the Facebook post.
SCMF says it will hope to return in 2019.
