Meerscheidt Recreation Center to close for maintenance

LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) --The Meerscheidt Recreation Center on 1600 E. Hadley Avenue in Las Cruces will be closed to the public starting Saturday, December 23 for concrete repair and facility floor maintenance.

The facility will reopen with limited hours from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26. Regular hours will resume Wednesday, December 27.

The City of Las Cruces says the repairs are part of its commitment to keep its facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.
