EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- We are off to another calm weather day! Temperatures today will trend slightly above normal as we hold on to a 10% chance for mountain showers.

We woke to temps in the 50s and 60s but they will warm this afternoon. El Paso is expected to reach a high of 86, Las Cruces is expected to reach a high of 83.

Today once again winds will remain mild and rain chances slim.

Through your afternoon anticipate a 10% chance for limited showers. Rain chances are expected to climb a bit further by the end of the weekend and the beginning of next work week.
