West Side Crash Ties Up Traffic On Interstate

EL PASO — Police are investigating a crash that happened around 1 p.m. today on I-10 West near the Executive Center exit.

Witnesses report that a big rig appeared to have run over a car, and the trailer may have dragged the smaller vehicle for several feet before it came to a stop.

Traffic congestion was being reported as far west as I-10 and Sunland Park. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, ABC 7 has learned.
