26-year-old shot dead in East El Paso
Update (November 21, 2024): Police identified the victim as 26-year-old Jerome Douglas Harper.
Officers found Harper dead with a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene. Crimes Against Persons detectives are actively looking for more information in this case, officials say.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- One man is dead following a shooting early this morning.
It happened on the 6800 block of Bellrose Dr in East El Paso.
El Paso Police Department officers found one man dead when they arrived on scene.
Crimes Against Persons is now investigating the details of the shooting.
