Early-Morning Accident Seriously Injures Two People
EL PASO — Two people are recovering from serious injuries after an early morning accident.
Police had to shut down the Marshall overpass between Railroad and Fred Wilson in northeast El Paso after a head-on collision between a red Pontiac and a blue Monte Carlo.
Fire and medical service dispatchers tellABC-7 two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police confirm the Special Traffic Investigation Unit wasinvestigating the collision at the scene. The unit is onlycalled out in the event of a death. However, they have not confirmed if anyone died in the accident.
