XHIJ: 2 Men Shot To Death In Juarez Restaurant
JUAREZ — Two men were shot to death Wednesday while eating inside a well-known central Juarez restaurant, according to Channel 44, ABC-7’s news partners in Juarez.
Several gunmen walked in and killed the two men inside the Rigel restaurant on Lopez Mateos Avenue, witnesses said.
According to Channel 44, nine homicides were reported on the first day of September, and August closed with 337 homicides. So far this year, there have been 1,492 homicides in Juarez.
