Manhunt Monday 10/04/10: Alfredo Stallings

This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY?s Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual with a vast history of Auto Thefts. The target is identified as ALFREDO STALLINGS (23) of Fabens, TX.

JULY 2010: Since July 2010, Sheriff?s Investigators have been working a Forgery case involving ALFREDO ORTIZ STALLINGS. In recent months, STALLINGS has deceitfully schemed a business of several ATV?s by issuing forged checks of which only 1 ATV has been recovered. STALLINGS obtained a buyers account from an auto auction business. The auto auction business would then purchase ATV?s on-line on STALLINGS? behalf with the understanding that a commission would be paid for the transaction. STALLINGS would agree to all terms & the ATV?s would then be purchased. STALLINGS purchased 3 ATV?s using the businesses (complainant`s) account number. STALLINGS then showed up at the business to pick up the ATV?s & provided checks which later had been RETURNED for REASONS ALTERED/ FICTITIOUS.

STALLINGS schemed the business out of $9,444.24. Charges have since been filed against STALLINGS who knows he is wanted & has managed to elude capture.

STALLINGS was recently arrested for his role / connection to an Auto Theft Ring that was operating in the El Paso, TX area in recent years.

STALLINGS is said to remain in the Borderland & is now on the run hiding from Law Enforcement.

STALLINGS criminal history shows various arrests for ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY / THEFT / UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE FROM COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY / FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE / EVADING ARREST W/ VEHICLE & other arrests.
