Update: Missing El Paso Man Found Dead

A missing man who was last seen at his lower valley home Oct. 5th was found dead.

Relatives of Isidro Carrasco, 78, said he was found in his car along a dirt road near Fabens. He suffered from high blood pressure, diabetes and had recently displayed signs of memory loss.

At this time, authorities said there is no sign of foul play.
