Sports Agent Describes Paying College Players, Including Ryan Leaf

Josh Luchs, a sports agent since the early 1990s, admits in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated that he paid thousands of dollars to dozens of college football players.

One of the players he said he paid money to was Washington State quarterback Ryan Leaf.

Leaf declined to comment on specific allegations other than to say he and Luchs were about the same age and interested in having a good time.

In addition to money, Luchs gave players meals, trips and concert tickets.
