Las Cruces Openings, Closures and Delays

In addition to the resumption of RoadRUNNER Transit, Dial-a-Ride and residential and commercial solid waste service, Branigan Library, 200 E. Picacho, and the Museum of Natural History in Mesilla Valley Mall next to JC Penney, will be open this weekend.

Library hours will be 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. Sunday. Museum hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. Sunday.

Facilities that will be closed this weekend include:

Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center

Frenger Pool

Meerscheidt Recreation Center

Benavidez Recreation Center

Mesilla Park Recreation Center

Club Fusion

East Mesa Recreation Center

Branigan Cultural Center

Railroad Museum

Art Museum

Residents who arranged for facility rentals this weekend will be refunded their deposits and may reschedule at no charge.

All City of Las Cruces buildings and facilities are scheduled to re-open for normal business hours on Monday, Feb. 7th with the exception of Frenger Pool, which is closed for repairs.
