Viewing Set For 5th Victim Of House Fire

There will be a public viewing Thursday for Luis Matos, who died Friday of injuries from a fire.

The viewing will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Del Angel Funeral Home on Dyer. His funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. at Del Angel Funeral Home on Friday. Matos and his wife, Feliciana R. Matos, will both be buried at Fort Bliss at 11 a.m. on Friday.

Matos was one of five people at home when a fire broke out in their Northeast El Paso home in late January. His wife, and grandchildren, Deman Jones, Eboney Celeste Jones and Isaiah Jamal Matos all died from injuries suffered in the fire.
