Fiery Crash On Loop 375 Sends 2 Drivers To Hospital
An early-morning crash Sunday sent two drivers involved to an area hospital with injuries.
According to El Paso police officials, the driver of a Mazda 3 was headed west on Montana Avenue and started turning on to Joe Battle Boulevard when the driver of a Dodge Durango, headed east on Montana Avenue, crashed into the car.
Police said that’s when the SUV flipped over and caught fire.
Investigators said the drivers were the sole occupants of the vehicles.
The driver of the Dodge was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition. The driver of the Mazda was also taken to the hospital with injuries.
The names of the drivers have not been released.
