One Dead, Two Recovering From Early-Morning Shooting
A shooting in Central El Paso left one man dead, and sent two people to the hospital Sunday morning.
Police were called out to the area surrounding the Fred Wilson and Dyer intersection just after 2 a.m. That is where a 911 call led investigators following a shooting.
According to police, they believe the incident ended there but began at the nearby bar, Club Fusion.
Names of the victims have not yet been released, however, police have said the deceased man is a young black man in his 20s.
Authorities do say the surviving victims were left in serious condition. One man was taken to University Medical Center where he is currently recovering. The other was taken to William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
At last check, no arrests had been made tied to the shooting investigation.
