Property Taxes Due Today

Tuesday marks the last day property owners can pay their taxes to the some of the nearly three dozen local taxing entities before being penalized.

In years past, hundreds of El Pasoans spent hours lined up in and outside City Hall downtown, waiting to pay their taxes. Taxes paid after today will incur interest and penalties.

If you don’t want to wait in line downtown, there are other options.

Property taxes are accepted at any Wells Fargo branch in the county. Property owners must present a tax stub. Payments are only accepted until 3 p.m.

Bills are also accepted online through the city’s website.
