Family of former UTEP basketball star is missing in Missouri

The family of former UTEP basketball star Chris Blocker has not been seen in more than 48 hours, according to a report by the Fox affiliate in Kansas City, Mo.

Blocker and other family members are worried because his wife, Odessa Blocker, and three young children, including an autistic child, have not been seen since Odessa called Blocker to tell him they were going to McDonald’s in Grandview, Mo. Monday night.

Police are searching for a white Mercury Villager with Missouri license plate number UG6-T3P.

Blocker told the TV station that he and Odessa had been talking about divorcing but he insisted that his wife wouldn’t simply disappear on her own.
