Man convicted in death of his 2-year-old daughter sentenced to decades in prison
A Fort Bliss soldier has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in the death of his 2-year-old daughter.
Dartarious Graham was convicted of injury to a child.
In September 2014, his cousin told investigators Graham beat the girl with a belt in her room because she soiled her diapers.
Prosecutors say Graham went back to playing video games and left the girl unresponsive.
