3rd case of West Nile virus this year reported in El Paso
El Paso has a 3rd reported case of West Nile virus this year.
The latest case involves a San Elizario man in his 40s. The Department of Public Health says more mosquitoes in that area have tested positive for West Nile. The Health Department is urging residents to get rid of any standing water, to wear long sleeves, and use insect repellent with DEET.
