WATCH: Congresswoman Veronica Escobar delivers State of Congress Address
Congresswoman Veronica Escobar delievered the annual State of Congress address Tuesday at the El Paso Convention Center.
The event was hosted by The El Paso Chamber of Commerce.
This was Escobar’s first time delivering the address after being elected to the congressional seat vacated by former Congressman Beto O’Rourke.
