5-year-old boy attacked by dog Halloween night in Northeast El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Emergency crews responded to reports of a dog attack in Northeast El Paso Halloween night.
First responders identify the victim as a 5-year-old boy.
The attack happened on Jadestone Street just after 8:00 p.m.
