Smuggling uncovered at hotel

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- U.S. Border Patrol says they took down a human smuggling operation at a hotel in El Paso.

The Border Patrol chief posted a photo on X.

The chief says agents arrested eight undocumented migrants and four smugglers.

Officials say the migrants are from Mexico, Ecuador, and Guatemala.

The chief says they will be processed for removal and the smugglers will face prosecution.
