El Paso Live gets ready for classic broadway musical ‘Cat’s’

EL PASO, Texas -- It's an iconic broadway musical and it's making it's way to El Paso. 'Cat's' -- the record-breaking musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber -- begins a four show run at the Plaza Thearte on Friday.

The show has captivated audiences in over 30 countries and 15 languages for decades. It's now on tour across North America, making a stop in El Paso.

The musical is the winner of seven Tony Awards® including Best Musical. The production tells the story of an extraordinary tribe of cats gathering for its annual ball to rejoice and decide which cat will be reborn.
