Reddick’s team confident after breakthrough Cup Series win

ELKHART LAKE, Wis. (AP) — Tyler Reddick isn’t about to let up now that he finally has produced his first Cup Series victory and put himself in position for NASCAR’s playoffs. The Richard Childress Racing driver and his team have bigger goals in mind. Team owner Richard Childress says that “I truly think that we will be a contender for the championship when we get into it.” Reddick won Sunday at Road America in his 92nd career Cup Series start. He’s had five second-place finishes.
