ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather: Storm chances continue with hot afternoons

Good afternoon all. We have some storms on the map, but in different locations compared to yesterday. As of 4:38 PM today, several t'storms are located in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, with only a few in Dona Ana, El Paso and Hudspeth counties.

We could very well see some storms this evening by way of outflow boundaries. If we get outflow winds blowing into the right places, then we may see storms pop up rapidly, so just expect the chance. As always, gusty winds, heavy downpours, lightning, and small hail are all possible. We will keep rain chances in for the rest of the week, with afternoon storm chances on each day.

Our temperatures will be hot as well, with many days nearing 100 degrees. We won't be cooling down until later on next week. Stay safe, cool and comfortable!
