Watch: Memorial bell toll ceremony for August 3rd victims

EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso City Council is hosting a special bell toll ceremony in honor of the August 3rd victims.

The names of each of the 23 victims will be read aloud.

The Consulate General of Mexico will be in attendance.

Mariachi Allegre will perform in tribute to the victims.
