The FDA has a warning for people and one the agency probably didn't expect a need to make. The warning: don't cook your chicken in Nyquil.

A new social media challenge is encouraging young people to cook their chicken in Nyquil and other over the counter cough medications. This challenge is a dangerous one because the FDA warns that boiling the medication changes the properties. It makes the medication more concentrated. Just breathing it in could damage your lungs.

This is not the first time there is a challenge involving OTC medications. The FDA says teens have died during the "Benadryl challenge" which includes taking plenty of the medication to hallucinate.
