SpaceX rocket successfully launches new communications satellites into orbit

(CNN)- SpaceX successfully launched two new communications satellites into orbit Saturday night from Kennedy space center.

The mission was originally scheduled for Thursday night, but was scrubbed due to a small helium leak.

The Falcon 9 rocket carried satellites owned by Intelsat, which will help keep dozens of cable TV channels on the air.

It has been a busy week for SpaceX, after two important launches on Wednesday.

Those included carrying 52 Starlink satellites into orbit as well as a NASA mission taking 4 astronauts to the International Space station.
