McKay, Hampton pace Elon past Hampton 38-24

HAMPTON, Va. (AP) — Matthew McKay went 16-of-19 passing for 199 yards and two touchdowns and Jalen Hampton ran for 177 yards and Elon beat Hampton 38-24 to conclude the regular season. Hampton scored rushing touchdowns on each of Elon’s first two drives and McKay added a 3-yard scoring pass to Johncarlos Miller II on the next possession.
