The City of El Paso asking residents not to put out recycling bins on high wind days

KVIA

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The City is asking residents not to put out their recycling bins on high wind days.

This comes after The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning for February 22 as the area is expected to see very strong winds.

The City says on windy days, recycling bins can be tipped over and the loose recyclables inside can be blown around.
