Temps stay above average with a mix of clouds and sun

Nice weather continues with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will stay on the warm side.

A weak cold front arrives early Thursday which will cool us down a few degrees and cause some breeziness with gusts from the W/NW around 25-30 mph.

Temps quickly warm to around 80 by the weekend.
