Rudolph Honda donates $30,000 to El Pasoans Fighting Hunger

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Rudolph Honda is donating $30,000 to El Pasoans Fighting Hunger (EPFH) food bank. The food bank says the money will go towards feeding hungry people.

EPFH CEO Susan Goodell says the non-profit has dealt with food supply challenges over the last year. Goodell says she is grateful to Rudolph Honda for its support and generosity. She says the $30,000 will fund 210,000 meals.

The dealership presented the check to the food bank Wednesday. Rudolph Honda president Matt Neessen says the money came from a pledge to send a percentage of all sales made in December. Neessen encourages everyone to support the food bank and other similar non-profits that are giving back to the El Paso community.
